Time Delay Induced Bistability in Swarms

At the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory’s NREIP program, I worked on bistability analysis in swarms that were modeled with time delay differential equations. It was an excellent opportunity, and I learned quite a bit.

All of the work was done using publicly-available materials. Though, given the nature of publishing government work, especially work in the defense sector, I’ll be safer rather than sorry and just show the quad chart made to show the investors that they were getting their money’s worth, including the PR-style answers to questions at the bottom that they requested.
